David Boortz

David Boortz is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Physics.
David is currently employed by Pacific Gas and Electric working at Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant as a reactor engineer. His responsibilities include core monitoring, flux mapping, and reactivity balance surveillances. Prior to this 5 year role, David worked on the License Renewal Feasibility Study for 3 years.
David lives in the beautiful central coast of California where during his days off loves woodworking, surfing, and traveling the world.
