Dena Volovar received her Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Maryland.
Dena's more than 10 years in the nuclear industry include experience in nuclear analysis and design engineering, outage management, business development, and project management. She is a founding member of Bechtel's Women in Nuclear chapter, a member and past-chair of ANS Young Members Group and a member of North America Young Generation in Nuclear (NA-YGN). NA-YGN unites young professionals who believe in nuclear science and technology and are working together to share their passion for the field.
Dena resides in Frederick, MD. Interests include kayaking, biking, and house remodeling.
