Theresa Motko graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 2001.
She started working in the nuclear industry in 2002 with Entergy Nuclear at the Indian Point Energy Center, which is a dual unit site located approximately 30 miles north of NYC. She is currently a Systems Engineer III in the Electrical/ I&C department. She is responsible for maintaining system reliability and performance for the instrumentation and safety systems that protect and monitor the reactor.
She resides in Peekskill, NY and is actively involved in her community through her sorority Sigma Lambda Upsilon/Senoritas Latinas Unidas, inc. In her spare time she participates in Bikram yoga and plays roller hockey.
